About this RFP

The City of Quinte West is seeking a Contractor to provide all labour, materials and equipment to perform snow plowing services on an on-call basis at various locations. Refer to the Deliverables section of the RFQ and Location Maps for further details.The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) winter seasons (November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029), with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional winter season terms
