ADM-2026-04 - Curbside Garbage Collection and Provisional Organics Collection (built-up areas)

This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by the Townships of Asphodel-Norwood, Douro-Dummer and Otonabee-South Monaghan in the County of Peterborough, for the provision of comprehensive waste collection and transportation services.The scope of work includes the weekly curbside collection of garbage throughout the three municipalities, together with the transportation of collected waste from three designated transfer station sites to the Peterborough County City Waste Management Facility ("PCCWMF") for final disposal.The RFT also includes an optional component for the implementation of a new curbside green bin (organics) collection program in designated built-up areas in Asphodel-Norwood and Otonabee-South Monaghan, as identified in the RFT. This optional work includes the supply, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of green bins, as well as the collection and transportation of organics to the Peterborough County City Organics Facility.
