About this RFP

Sturgeon County is requesting proposals for engineering consulting services to support the County’s 2027 Operations and Maintenance construction program by producing Issue for Tender (IFT) and, where required, Issue for Construction (IFC) documents for forty-one (41) municipal drainage locations. The Deliverables have been structured into four (4) separate scope Bundles. Proponents may submit for one (1), multiple, or all Bundles. The County may award one or more Bundles to a single proponent or to multiple proponents, subject to evaluation results, capacity, and confirmation that mandatory qualifications are met.
