About this RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope (the “Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Subwatershed Study for the Port Hope Hamlets of Garden Hill and Osaca, as further described in the RFP Particulars section.The Subwatershed Study (SWS) will support future planning within Garden Hill and Osaca by ensuring that land use decisions are compatible with natural heritage, natural hazards, and water resource systems are consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement (PPS)and conform with the Municipality of Port Hope and Northumberland County Official Plans. Further details regarding the scope of work and Study Area are provided in Appendix D – RFP Particulars.
