About this RFP
The Town of Halton Hills has identified the need for a modern Cultural Master Plan (CMP) to guide cultural development in response to existing trends, cultural sector and community needs, projected growth, and changing community demographics. Unique to Halton Hills, the Plan will establish a forward-looking, outcome-based framework for supporting a diverse, thriving, and evolving cultural sector; supporting Halton Hills to be the best place to live, work, play, create and invest. All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
