About this RFP

This RFSOQ is seeking professional consulting services to develop a long-term water meter replacement and modernization strategy. For more detailed information regarding the project scope, refer to Section 5 Terms of Reference.This RFSOQ is the first stage of a two-stage process. The second stage includes negotiation starting with the highest ranked Respondent to select one Consultant.This Request for Statement of Qualification is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
