ITT F331-00 - UBCH Detwiller Pump Replacement

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of Mechanical Contractor for VCH Project #F331-00a UBC Hospital (UBCH) Detwiller Pavilion Chilled Water Heating Hot Water Pump Replacement. The project consists of demotion of existing aged (4) chilled water and (1) hot water pumps at Detwiller Pavilion and installation of new pumps complete with new housekeeping pads, VFDs, electrical wiring and piping connection as needed. The Work will be carried out within an active healthcare facility and will require detailed construction phasing, shutdown planning, and close coordination with UBCH Clinical and Facilities Management Operations (FMO) teams.The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be August 31, 2027.
