About this RFP

The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”) from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify General Contractors who are interested in providing Services to the Board on an as-required basis for period of three (3) years. Opportunities will be offered for projects where the Goods and Services required have an estimated value of less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) unless emergency priority dictates otherwise. It is the intention of the Board to form a list of up to three (3) of the highest-ranking Respondents it deems best qualified to provide Goods and Services. Highest ranking Respondents selected will be notified, in writing, by the Board that they have been added to the list.
