About this RFP

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for the facilitatition, development, and delivery of a new multi-year Corporate Strategic Plan. Chatham-Kent is unique in Ontario as a vast, single-tier municipality composed of diverse rural, agricultural, and urban communities. The successful proponent will help Council and Administration align decision-making, growth management horizons, and budgeting processes.The Municipality intends to have the final Corporate Strategic Plan adopted by Council by May 31, 2027. Proponents are encouraged to optimize their proposed schedules to meet this target date.
