26-104 - Snow Plowing - Athens Regional Group

The Upper Canada District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) invites quotations for Snow Plowing, and Salt/Sanding at various Board sites within the ATHENS REGION Grouping for a ONE-year contract (with multiple year extension options). The sites include are:LocationAddressDaycareSidewalksAthens District High School21 Church Street, Athens, ON, K0E 1B0NoNoMeadowview Public School9234 Addison-Greenbush Road, R.R. #2, Addison, ON, K0E 1A0NoNoPineview Public School8 George Street, Athens, ON, K0E 1B0NoNoBidders are to bid and service ALL sites within the Regional group. Contract TermThe contract term will be for the 2026-2027 winter season. The Board, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend this term for four (4) additional one (1) year periods with rates negotiated each time. Any proposed increase should align with Consumer Price Index (CPI) and be supported with justification. The Owner may reject unjustified increases and decline any extension if agreement isn’t reached.
