Request for Proposals – Délı̨nę Arena Modernization Phase 3 (Building Envelope & Mechanical Upgrade)

The Délı̨nę Got’ı̨nę Government (DGG) invites qualified Design‑Build contractors to submit proposals for the Délı̨nę Arena Modernization – Phase 3.

This final phase replaces the existing exterior building envelope with an insulated metal‑panel system and installs a new mechanical ventilation and dehumidification system, fully integrated with the arena’s new CO₂ ice plant. The project will upgrade the facility from an uninsulated cold‑shell to a fully conditioned, code‑compliant arena capable of year‑round ice use.

Scope highlights:

• Complete insulated building envelope (roof and wall panels)

• Structural reinforcement per engineered drawings

• Mechanical ventilation with ERVs, desiccant dehumidifiers, and CIMCO controls integration

• Electrical, controls, and civil work

Reference documents (structural as‑builts, engineering analysis, mechanical equipment list) are available to registered proponents.
