Established in 2019, North Shore HR Consulting Inc. is a Human Resources consulting organization based out of Nogojiwanong (Peterborough, Ontario), which specializes in workplace harassment investigations and outsourced HR support.

As president and lead consultant, Nick Duley brings more than 25 years of Human Resources and leadership experience to inform strategic and tactical decision-making processes for small and medium-sized employers across Ontario. He has been conducting workplace investigations since 2006.

North Shore HR Consulting’s team of investigators have now conducted more than 150 workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and human rights-based investigations for a variety of public and private sector employers. Recent clients include public and private Ontario universities and colleges, municipalities, as well as prominent not-for-profit, manufacturing, and service sector organizations.

Nick has been a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association since 1998, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). He is a Member in Good Standing of the Canadian Chapter of the Association of Workplace investigators, and was appointed to the Investigation Unit of the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner in 2019. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, in addition to certificates in Human Resources, Advanced Investigation Techniques, and Human Rights.
