Our work sits at the intersection of organizational design, service delivery, governance, HR/people, and technology-enabled change. We are often asked to step in when the issues are complex, sensitive, or both.

Over the years, we have led and supported large initiatives such as ERP implementations, organizational and service reviews, OCM, operating model and governance redesign, HR “Employer of Choice” and culture projects, accessibility and employment systems assessments. Examples include Oracle and ServiceNow program strategy and change management for larger organizations, organizational structure and service delivery reviews for municipalities, regulatory transformation programs, and role clarity and effectiveness.

A few themes run through our work:

– Helping to make sense of complex situations and turning them into options and roadmaps.
– Building trust with executives, managers, unions, staff, and partners, even when there is resistance or history.
– Connecting strategy, structure, processes, technology, and people, rather than treating them as separate conversations.
– Designing change and implementation approaches that are realistic, phased, and sustainable, not just “good on paper.”

We are often in the room leading discussions on structure, roles, service levels, risks and culture.

Our approach is calm, direct and pragmatic and we are comfortable working with CAOs, ministers, executives, councils/boards, and front-line leaders and staff.
