Ask For Directions Business Training supports and trains new entrepreneurs to set up and grow businesses and is a certified coaching organization of the International Coaching Federation. An on-line training company and sub-division of Grow Vantage Inc., a 17 year old company, it is dedicated to establishing businesses through knowledge, mentoring and community, employing specialized expert trainers to deliver up-to-date business knowledge and advice. We work with entrepreneurs to design, launch and grow their businesses, teaching strategies in marketing, sales, communications, finance, regulatory and productivity techniques: what entrepreneurs need to know to operate and grow a business successfully, and avoid costly mistakes that delay success. The program combines self-study online modules with weekly coaching sessions, and community resources.

Patricia Dent is a certified coach, Business Mentor & CEO of both companies, a 5-year mentor of the City of Barrie’s Starter Company program, Past President, the Barrie Chamber of Commerce and executive, and a member, Simcoe Entrepreneurial Eco-System.
