Request for Proposal – Municipal Finance Officers’ Association

To curate content related to the Municipal Asset Management Planning, Municipal Asset Management Regulation and related best practices

The MFOA is seeking a consultant (or consulting firm) to curate content related to Asset Management (AM) from a variety of sources and write up brief, informative descriptions of each document or resource. The consultant will find content that is aligned with the 12 Asset Management Plan (AMP) Self Assessment Tool (SAT) chapters, as described in section 3.13 of the attached RFP document.

All final proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than 4pm EST on June 8, 2018. Final proposals will not be accepted after the date and time designated above.  There will not be a public opening for this RFP.

Please make sure the email subject line includes “RFP –  Asset Management Content Curator.”

MFOA reserves the right, without prejudice, to reject any or all proposals submitted and to determine the firm that is best qualified to provide the required services to the Association. The proposal must be valid for 30 days to allow time for review and Association approval.
