Over the last few years the Town has unsuccessfully cleaned out the ducting of the exhaust system at the Two Hills Centennial Hall. Town Administration contracted Nujen Inc. to investigated the condition of the system and further, to provide an estimate of the recommended upgrades. Nujen Inc. provided a report of their findings but was unable to provide an estimate due to other logistics that need to take place i.e. engineering. The report from Nujen Inc. was conducted on February 4, 2015.
Town Administration requested The Inspections Group to conduct a review of the exhaust system. The Inspections Group visited the site on April 16, 2015 and provided a report of their findings.
Due to non-compliance the Town is unable to utilize the kitchen to its fullest potential, therefore, the Town tendered out the engineering to upgrade the system to meet code and is now at the point of tendering out the construction portion of the project.
