We are a small consulting firm made up of highly trained and experienced individuals. We are working in the field of program evaluation and performance measurement. Most of our past experience is on projects at the national level but we would like to rescale towards smaller projects. Currently (Dec 2014) we are working on projects involving the use of data generated by Twitter.
