I bring my 25+ years of senior level HR leadership experience to the table to help municipalities align their resources with stakeholder needs. Bottom line? I help clients ensure they have the right people in the right positions doing the right things, without breaking the bank. I work at a grassroots level and design solutions that will fit your organization, not apply an off the shelf model for individual situations.

I am often retained after a consulting engagement as a change coach to ensure the changes that are committed to in the heat of the moment continue to be a priority. I have also had great success in coaching CAO’s and aspiring CAO’s to successfully achieve their goals.
