The Municipality of Powassan is inviting sealed tenders for structural wall repairs at the South Himsworth Community Centre located at 7 Glendale Heights Drive, Powassan, Ontario.

The project generally includes the removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete masonry unit (CMU) block, portions of the existing foundation wall and footings, and associated structural repairs resulting from long-term cracking and freeze-thaw damage. Work also includes related demolition, reconstruction, and reinstatement of impacted architectural elements, including doors and jambs, all in accordance with engineered drawings and contract documents.

Construction is to be completed no later than July 31, 2026.
