The Municipality of Powassan is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a Community Recreation Master Plan. The project will provide a practical, evidence based roadmap to guide recreation facilities, parks, trails, programs and services over the next ten (10) years. The successful consultant will assess existing recreation assets, engage the community and stakeholders, identify current and future recreation needs, and develop practical recommendations and an implementation strategy that reflects the Municipality’s financial and operational capacity.
