The Corporation of the Township of Black River-Matheson invites proposals from qualified individuals or businesses to operate the canteen concession at the Vern Miller Arena for the 2026-2027 ice season. The Township seeks consistent, reliable, affordable food and beverage service for arena users during scheduled programming, games, tournaments and special events.
This RFP is a request for proposals. Selection does not itself grant possession or authority to operate. The successful proponent must sign a written concession agreement, satisfy the conditions in this RFP and receive written authorization before taking possession or commencing service.
