The Ontario Municipal Leadership Institute (OMLI) is a professional organization focused on building municipal leadership capacity. At OMLI we deliver the “gold standard” in leadership development, training and coaching. We also take on specialized and strategic projects which help your organization to build institutional capacity to address today’s challenges.

OMLI is comprised of a number of seasoned professionals that represent a variety of disciplines in the municipal sector including; Administration, Finance, Emergency Services, Human Resources, Land Use Planning, Economic Development, Transportation, Municipal Law and Building Code Enforcement, Facility and Asset Management, Recreation, Infrastructure, Communications, Public Utilities and Aboriginal Affairs.
