Bill is a cultural, generational, and inclusion subject matter expert specializing in training business professionals on the skills of building a shared understanding between themselves and individuals from a different culture and/or different generation.

He is a speaker, trainer, coach focused on key areas of intercultural, Indigenous/Native American, intergenerational, and workplace inclusion skills. In recognition, Bill has been selected for the last three years as Diversity Judge by the National Human Resources Awards.
