Geoff Hogan provides Broadband. Smart Community and Technology consulting. With 25 years of IT experience (15 years for a municipality) and 8 years of municipal broadband experience Geoff can help with large and small projects.
Broadband: Is your community concerned about broadband access for resident and business? Geoff can provide training for staff and council so broadband is understood by all as well as provide a broadband strategy going forward.

Telcom Enterprises will also work with you to upgrade or replace your current telephone system, from creating the RFP for a new phone system, vetting and interviewing respondents, through to assisting selected vendor with the implementations.
Our fee structure is simple and based on the savings we are able to achieve by completing an in-depth comprehensive review of your present telecommunications ongoing monthly expenses.
Option A is Fifty Percent (50%) of Verified Monthly Savings over an Eighteen (18) Month Period.
Option B is Fifty Percent (50%) of Verified Monthly Savings over a Twenty-four (24) Month
Option C is Forty Percent (40%) of Verified Monthly Savings over a Thirty-six (36) Month Period
Our fees, unlike many of our competitors, are calculated excluding any taxes. Inclusion of tax adds a lot to the various fees you may be paying out at the end of your review.
Telcom Enterprises will implement and re-audit your actual total costs one month after the implementation. We will monitor ongoing Telecom Marketplace changes for more optimum rates and implement them at no charge during the term of the contract.

As an independent contractor since 1990, I have provided telecom consulting services to customers of varying size and business orientation. Most of projects have resulted in long-term association involving the management of technical and project staff, developing short and long term enterprise strategies while implementing diverse Voice Telecom technologies. I have been the technical lead for large Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, and Interactive Intelligence implementations.
Recent projects have involved design and implementation of Call Centers, upgrades to IP telephony environment, RFP development for voice telecommunication systems.
My in-depth knowledge of legacy telephony and voice-over-IP (VoIP) platforms, combined with strong technical skills make me an excellent candidate to lead or enhance any Telecom team. To complement my technical skill I have recently completed several project management courses from the University of Waterloo.
