The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, installation of temporary safety fence to isolate the work area, the salvage of the existing safety railing and precast curbs along the top of the existing armour stone wall, installation of a new reinforced concrete pad on a granular base, installation of a new precast concrete block retaining wall in front of the existing wall, backfilling between the armour stone and precast block wall including perforated drain pipe, grading and granular access to the top of the wall and asphalt reinstatement, all in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and as needed for a complete installation.
