TENDER FOR ASPHALT RESURFACING VARIOUS LOCATIONS

SUMMER 2017

TENDER NO. 05-17

SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, April 20th, 2017. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include following street sections which will require site specific asphalt resurfacing within the 2017 summer construction season:

• Resurfacing of Forestdale Drive – Oakdale Drive to Sandy Bay Road – 330 m
• Resurfacing of Nettleton Lane – Main Street to dead end – 720 m
• Resurfacing of Shanahan Lane – Main Street to John Street – 720 m
• Resurfacing of Levi Simon – Brock Street to Burke Street – 400 m

Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).

THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
