The Township is seeking quotations from qualified proponents for the supply of screened winter sand for the 2018/2019 winter season with the option for the Township to extend the contract to the 2019/2020 winter season.

Bidders intending to bid must register with the Operations Department. Bidders who do not register will not receive any additional information or addendums relating to this project.

Interested bidders are required to complete the information below and send to the Director of Operations either by fax at 705 538-1850 or email [email protected].

Completed Quotation forms in sealed envelopes, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Township of Georgian Bay no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Administration Office. Quotations may be hand delivered, mailed or sent by courier to 99 Lone Pine Road, Port Severn, Ontario, L0K 1S0.

On the closing day, commencing at 2:01 p.m. local time, the envelopes will be opened, read and recorded publicly by the Director of Operations or their designate, at the Administration Office.
