Roadside mowing shall be performed in such a manner as to leave a uniform appearance when completed. Equipment shall be capable of cutting down roadside growth, including brush up to 5 centimetres in diameter for a minimum of a 1.5 metre swath in one pass measured from the back of shoulder (preferred 1.8 metre swath). The head must have the ability to cut roadside edges with a 120 degree angle (sloping in either direction).
