They affect other aspects of our lives and all aspects of our lives affect our careers. So my approach is more holistic when it comes to career transition. We look at the bigger picture, such as your stories for clues from your past, we talk about your lifestyle and what worked and what didn’t. And then we discuss possibilities and you decide on what inspired action you will commit to.
