The Administration Building Roof within the Municipality of Tweed requires replacement and has been approved by Council as part of the 2021 budget. Submissions require completion of the submission form attached to the tender document.

Scope of work:

Remove existing roof and dispose, install new 6 mil poly vapour barrier, install new 3.5″ Polyso roof insulation, mechanically fastened to the existing roof deck, fully adhere a new 60 ga single ply EPDM rubber membrane, install new aluminum replacement roof drains, install replacement vent flashings, install new rubber membrane flashing at all roof curbs, and install new 26 ga pre-finished perimeter metal cap flashings.
