The Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA), is seeking assistance for a professional consultant with local government experience on the human resources topic, to develop a Human Resources Toolkit for Chief Administrative Officers and Senior Management Working in Local Government.
The Human Resources Toolkit will provide a high-level overview of Human Resource Management to support Chief Administrative Officers, direct reports and managers working in local government.
The primary audience for this toolkit is the Chief Administrative Officer position with the secondary audience being the senior managers and Human Resource Managers for all size populations/municipalities with or without a Human Resources Department.
