for Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station Upgrades

up until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 for construction of the above, in the Town of Penetanguishene.

The work consists of the following major items:

• Decommissioning of the existing Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station, adjacent overflow manhole and other associated works, including all civil, mechanical and electrical works as indicated.
• Decommissioning of portion of existing Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station sanitary forcemain (majority removed by pipe bursting new forcemain).
• Decommissioning of portion of existing Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station inlet sanitary gravity sewer.
• Construction of new Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station (wet well type), two (2) sewage pumps, all civil, mechanical and electrical works.
• New 200 mm dia. PVC sanitary gravity sewer including two (2) new manholes.
• New 100 mm dia. HDPE forcemain from the new Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping station to existing manhole #469 (pipe burst installation through portion of existing 50 mm dia. forcemain).
• New Flushing hydrant and associated watermain work for new Navy Lane Sanitary Pumping Station.
