ASPHALT RESURFACING
VARIOUS LOCATIONS
SUMMER 2018

SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.
The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include following street sections which will require site specific asphalt resurfacing within the 2018 summer construction season:
• Resurfacing of Don Street – Fox Street to 210 m East – 210 m
• Resurfacing of Beaumaur Drive – Entire Length – 250 m
• Resurfacing of Lorne Avenue – Payette Drive to Richelieu Street – 280 m
• Resurfacing of Hunter Road – Entire Length – 280 m
Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).

Tenders will be received until 11:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 By Mr. Jeff Lees, Chief Administrative Officer at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, P.O. Box 5009, PENETANGUISHENE, Ontario, L9M 2G2.
This time and date shall be deemed to be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders not submitted before the Closing Date will not be considered. Tenders will be opened publicly shortly after closing within the Municipal Office Council Chambers.
THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
