REQUEST for PROPOSAL CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE 2016 CONSTRUCTION SEASON CONTRACT 11-16 PROPOSALS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. Noon local time on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016. This time and date shall be the Closing Date for Proposals. Proposals not submitted before the Closing Date will not be considered. The Town of Penetanguishene requires Construction Inspection Services for the following project that is to be completed within the 2016 construction season: • Champlain Road Resurfacing (Robbs Road to Town Limits) The Champlain Road Resurfacing project will include hot mix paving, full depth reclamation with expanded asphalt stabilization, drainage improvements and shoulder widening. The proposed road section is 4.3 km in length and it is anticipated that the project will be completed in 16 weeks. In addition to the above project there may be other projects that require construction inspection and contract administration services during the 2016 Construction Season. The details and nature of this work will be outlined to the consultant prior to the start of construction. Each consultant is required to submit a CV with their proposal for the inspector/contract administrator(s) that they will be providing to supply the construction inspection and contract administrative services outlined within this RFP
