REQUEST for PROPOSAL
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
FOR THE 2014 CONSTRUCTION SEASON

CONTRACT 22-14

PROPOSALS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. Noon local time on Friday, May 16th, 2014. This time and date shall be the Closing Date for Proposals. Proposals not submitted before the Closing Date will not be considered.
The Town of Penetanguishene requires Construction Inspection Services for various projects that are to be completed within the 2014 construction season. The scope and duration of each project will be outlined to the successful consultant prior to the start of construction for each project.

Each consultant is required to submit a CV with their proposal for the inspector that they will be providing to supply the construction inspection services outlined within this RFP. The construction inspector must have a minimum of 4 years of construction inspection experience to be considered for this assignment.
