This Request for Proposal is intended to solicit proposals from proposers capable of satisfying Mountain View County’s need to implement a holistic Information Governance Program, providing hybrid life-cycle management of physical and electronic records and information. The successful proponent will provide the County with an assessment of the current systems and provide a roadmap of recommendations for successful implementation.

Mountain View County would like to update our current Records Management environment to a holistic Information Governance Program, enabling the effective management of physical and electronic records and information in a hybrid environment

While the County is seeking a complete end-to-end solution, including implementation of the selected vendors recommended software, it is the County’s expectation that Phase 1 of the project will consist of an assessment of current systems and development of a road map. The County’s initial commitment in response to this RFP will include Phase 1 only; successive contracts may be awarded to the successful proponent upon the County’s acceptance of Phase 1 deliverables.
