Request for Proposal – RFP R01/20 Service Delivery Review – Addendum#1 Dated October 30, 2020

1. Proposal Closing Date / Time (Part A, 2.) – The Proposal Closing has been changed to close on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. To maintain the integrity of the bidding process, the Township will not be accepting emailed or electronic submissions.

2. Proposal Opening Date / Time (Part A, 2.) – The Proposal Opening will occur on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 4:15 p.m. . The proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers at 280 Burleigh St., Apsley ON. You may attend the opening, following social distancing rules and wearing a mask or via a Zoom meeting, please contact Alana Solman, CAO at [email protected] to request an invitation to the Zoom meeting.

3. Last Date for Questions (Part A, 9.) – The last date for questions has been changed to Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

4. Budget – Through the Municipal Modernization Program, Intake 1, the Township of North Kawartha was approved for $ 75,000 however due to COVID, the Township is unable to meet the current funding deadlines. The Township has asked the Ministry for an extension however to this date, have not received a response or an extension. If the extension is not permitted, alternative funding will need to be requested through Council.
