The Township of Ryerson is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms or individuals (the Consultant) to conduct a Digital Modernization Review of municipal operations (the Project). This Project involves a number of critical elements as outlined in this RFP, and is intended to provide specific, actionable recommendations regarding methods for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of Township operations. This project is expected to include a high-level public consultation so as to enhance the understanding of the services provided to, and desired by, the public.

A critical component of this Project is to find areas where we can leverage modern technologies to streamline processes and improve user experiences for both staff and residents. The final deliverable will be a report which includes a prioritized, actionable list of recommendations that will help be used to inform future capital and operating budget decisions around technology investments.
