REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ARENA CONCESSION BOOTH OPERATIONS – PENETANGUISHENE MEMORIAL COMMUNITY CENTRE

The Town of Penetanguishene invites interested individuals and/or companies to submit proposal bids for the provision of a CONCESSION BOOTH OPERATION at the Penetanguishene Memorial Community Centre.

Request for Arena Concession Booth Operations Proposal packages may be obtained at the Municipal Offices, 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene or on the Town of Penetanguishene website at www.penetanguishene.ca.

Proposal submissions must be complete for consideration and should include all necessary documentation, signed acknowledgement of terms & conditions as stipulated, a clear outline of lease fees payable, hours of operation, snack bar menu selection and prices. Proposal submissions must include a $500.00 security deposit, fully refundable should the proposal not be accepted by the Town. Successful bidders will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and WSIB coverage or equivalent.
