ADDENDUM NO. 1

March 2, 2018

This addendum has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Recreation and Community Services Department to provide the budget for the project and to revise the required completion date.

The budget for the completion of the Cycling Strategy is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

The following sections are to be revised within the tender document:

Section 2.21 Proposal Submission Format
Section 3: Proposed Schedule and Work Plan

The work plan shall include a scheduling of activities and resources necessary to meet the Project Scope, Project Issues and Risks, and the Respondent Requirements. Respondents are to confirm their understanding of the project by providing a project work plan (GANTT chart) to describe the project methodology from project initiation to substantial completion and project closeout, including a listing of the tasks and activities detailing milestones, deadlines, targets, duration, and resource assignments (for both Respondent and Town staff assignments). The project plan will be based on project completion by November 30, 2018.
