The Rosseau Memorial Hall, located in the Village of Rosseau, was built in 1924. The Hall is an active hub of the community, housing a public library, hosting early years programmes, seniors events, theatre productions and various community functions. The objective of this project is to make both levels of the Hall fully accessible for all members of the Seguin community, in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians Disability Act, 2005 (AODA). Key elements of this project shall include accessible and AODA compliant entranceways and washroom facilities. All works shall preserve the character and respect the architectural character of this historic property.
