SEALED TENDERS, will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. Noon local time on Monday, July 14th, 2014. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the west side of Dufferin Street between Hill Top Drive and the north limit of Ecole St. Louis parking lot.

Qualified contractors may obtain Tender documents from the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department office located at 22 Centennial Drive, Penetanguishene, Ontario.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified tender deposit cheque in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) made payable to the Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene.

THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
