DOUBLE SURFACE AND SLURRY SEAL TREATMENT

BRUNELLE SIDEROAD AND ROBBS ROAD

SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. Noon local time on Friday, April 10th, 2015. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include following street sections which will require site specific resurfacing within the 2015 summer construction season:

• Resurfacing of Brunelle Sideroad entire length 2.2 km / 16000 square meters
• Resurfacing of Robb’s Road (Champlain Road to Town limits-350m)

Qualified contractors may obtain Tender documents for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 from the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department office located at 22 Centennial Drive, Penetanguishene, Ontario.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).

THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
