TOWN OF PENETANGUISHENE TENDER FOR DOUBLE SURFACE TREATMENT OF GORDON DRIVE SUMMER 2016 TENDER NO. 12-16 SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Friday, May 20th, 2016. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered. The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include following street sections which will require site specific resurfacing within the 2016 summer construction season: • Double Surface Treatment of Gordon Drive (575m) Qualified contractors may obtain Tender documents from the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department office located at 22 Centennial Drive, Penetanguishene, Ontario. Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
