ADDENDUM NO. 1

This addendum has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Recreation and Community Services Department to modify the date upon which the tender closes.

The following sections are to be revised within the tender document:

SEALED TENDERS, will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders not submitted before the Closing Date will not be considered.

A.4 DELIVERY AND CLOSING OF TENDERS

Tenderers will note that Town tender forms must be used by all respondents and delivered in a sealed envelope to the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West. The submitted tender should satisfy all items outlined in the accompanying specifications.

Sealed Tenders, clearly marked as to its contents will be received by the Director of Recreation and Community Services, Ms. Sherry Desjardins, at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 am on Wednesday October 4, 2017. Late tenders will not be accepted.
