MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION ADDENDUM NO. 1

This addendum has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department to revise and clarify selected sections within the original Request for Quote (RFQ) document.

The following sections within the RFQ will be clarified or revised:

1. Appendix A – Cost Schedule – Line item 2.
Please be advised that there are NO additional requirements to sample during the monitoring well installation. Typical sampling that would occur during a drilled well installation as per Ontario Regulation 903 is the only requirement that is expected to be included in the quoted price.
