QUESTION AND ANSWER

This Addendum forms part of the Request for Tender documents package, #2024-007 – South Seguin & McNeice Bridge Rehabilitation and is to be read, interpreted, and coordinated with all other parts accordingly.
Addendum 2 contains the following clarifications:

1 Will load restrictions affect timelines? The successful bidder would receive an exemption from the Township, as needed. However, we can not speak whether half load exemptions will be granted by the MTO.
2 Will the snowmobile trail affect the finishing time lines? We anticipate with the warm weather, that the snowmobile trail will not be a factor, given the scheduled time of work and lack of snow this year.

A signed copy of Addendum 2 must be enclosed with your submitted Tender package. Bidders that do not include this signed Addendum within their sealed Tender submission may be disqualified.

We hereby acknowledge receipt of the amended instructions and confirm that provisions therefore have been made in our tender.
