SEALED TENDERS, clearly marked as to content will be received at the office of Steenhof Building Services Group, 126 Mississauga Street East, Orillia, Ontario L3V 1V7 and marked Attn: Denis Paccagnella, until:  2:00 pm local time on May 16, 2017

for the supply of all labour, material, and equipment necessary to undertake the new construction of the Milford Bay SmokeHaus located at 97 Airport Road, Seguin, Ontario. All work will be performed in accordance with the referenced specifications and drawings, and as outlined in the Information to Bidders in Section 01 for the above noted project.

The work to be undertaken includes, but not limited to, the following:

• New Fish Processing Rooms, Show Room & Offices – New one storey building with an area of 332 m2. The construction will consist of conventional wood framing and a slab on grade foundation.
• Services – Mechanical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating, Air-Conditioning and Electrical services throughout building. Connection to the existing services to accommodate the new building construction.
• Site Works – Grading, landscaping, driveways, walkways, etc as shown on the Issued for Tender drawings.
