TOWN OF PENETANGUISHENE TENDER FOR ASPHALT RESURFACING VARIOUS LOCATIONS SUMMER 2016 TENDER NO. 02-16 SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. Noon local time on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered. The Work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include following street sections which will require site specific asphalt resurfacing within the 2016 summer construction season: • Resurfacing of Poyntz Street (Bellisle Street to John Street) 230 m • Resurfacing of Payette Drive (Spohn Drive to dead end) 260 m • Resurfacing of Forestdale Drive (Gilwood Park Drive to Oakdale Court ) 500 m • Resurfacing of Broad Street (Church Street to Fox Street ) 500 m Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
