SEALED TENDERS, will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, September 12th, 2017. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders.
Tenders not submitted before the Closing Date will not be considered.
The Work to be performed by the successful bidder will encompass the haulage and disposal of approximately 1000 metric tonnes (MT) of Non-Hazardous soil with VOC impact at an MOECC approved disposal location. Each eligible contractor must have the necessary Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) or approved equivalent issued from the MOECC for the transportation of contaminated material.
